To represents the image of the hotel to the outside world. Acknowledges, welcomes and departs all guests/visitors arriving to/from the hotel, providing assistance with guests' luggage.


Requirements
Experience

Experience in hospitality industry in similar position

Skills and Knowledge

1)        Ability to understand guest inquires and provide responses.

2)        Ability to focus attention on guests' needs.

3)        Ability to prioritize and organize.

4)        Ability to think quickly and make good judgments.

5)        Ability to work well under pressure of arrivals/departures of guests/visitors under all whether conditions

6)        Ability to exert physical effort in removing, replacing and transporting guest luggage in and out of vehicles to and from rooms.

7)        Ability to remain stationary at assigned post.

8)        Ability to maintain positive relations with taxi/limousine drivers.

9)        Ability to work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team

10)    Ability to use a radio/beeper to maintain constant communication

11)    Ability to maintain concentration and think clearly when asked to park cars for valet or work as valet under all weather conditions

12)    Ability to overlook post while multitasking check in and check out while parking cars etc

13)    Be an ambassador to The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company at all times, in and outside of one’s workplace

Education or Certification

·           High School Graduate, or Hotel Management Graduate
