Hyatt Regency Vladivostok - Golden Horn and Hyatt Burny Vladivostok are the third and the fourth Hyatt-branded hotels in Russia, after Ararat Park Hyatt Moscow and Hyatt Regency Yekaterinburg. Hyatt Burny Vladivostok will offer an unparalleled dining and entertainment experience in the city including all-day dining restaurant, a sushi bar, a lobby tea lounge and a cigar and cognac Bar. It will feature 218 guest rooms and suites, banquet and meeting facilities, and a spa and fitness annex. Ocean amphitheater and a magnificent terrace at the tower will provide amazing views on the sea. Hyatt Regency Vladivostok - Golden Horn will offer unparalleled accommodationsand facilities inVladivostok. It will feature 217 guest rooms and suites, food and beverage outlets, a spa and health club, banqueting and meeting facilities. The first wedding hall and wedding garden in Primorsky region will be situated on the hotel`s territory. The roof terrace, with flowering trees and colorful plants, will invite our guests to enjoy dramatic views across Golden Horn Bay bridge Qualifications In this role you will report to the Executive Sous Chef Chef and will assist in the smooth and efficient running of the culinary operation of the hotel. You will be responsible to manage your outlet kitchen as an independent profit center, in line with the outlets operating concept and Hyatt International standards, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and highest quality of produce while operating within budget, helping to ensure the financial success of the outlet.
We expect a minimum 2 years experience as Chef de Cuisine or Sous Chef in a hotel or restaurant of good standards; preferably with experience in luxury international brands and in European Cuisine.
