We are looking for a JAPANESE ASSISTANT to join Costa Cruise vessels:

Requirements:

-Japanese nationality

-Completed basic education. Secondary School in Hotel Management or Tourism degree is required

-Apprenticeship or work experience of at least one year in hospitality or in tourism industry in positions related to customer service is required.

-Service oriented, flexible mindset, team oriented.

-Pleasant appearance, adequate grooming.

-Good knowledge of English

Main Duties:

- being the reference point for Japanese guests and making sure that all of them receive a satisfying cruise experience.

- being always available to help the various departments on board for what concerns the Japanese guests care.

- facilitating the communication towards the Japanese Guests during various on-board activities: welcoming on-board, Guest service and hospitality desk, tour selling, presenting of entertainment and on-board revenues activities, bar/restaurant/buffet operations, excursion departures.

- verbally translating two-ways between the various Department’s personnel and Managers on one side and Japanese cruise Guests on the other.

- carrying out public relations in all areas and venues as deemed needed by Department Management including, but not exclusively, the various lounges during the main daily and evening on board activities in order to constantly monitor their level of satisfaction.

We are looking for a Japanese 2nd COOK to join Costa Cruise vessels:

Requirements:

- Japanese nationality

- Must have finished a professional Hotel School with Certificate or at least 2 years experience in a Hotel or Cruise ship Environment

- At least 2 years in A Hotel or Cruise ship Environment

- Solid progression trough all the Japanese Culinary Ranks

- Solid knowledge of current food trends

- Creative , hands on attitude

- Pleasant, clean and calm appearance.

- Good knowledge of English.

Main Duties:

- following the 1st Japanese Cook weekly time schedule of the Galley designating special duties,

cleaning duties and time off.

- ensuring that food quality and portion controls are always in line with the Company

specifications.

- making sure that personal appearance, uniform and personal hygiene are in accordance

with the Company’s regulations.

- ensuring that food preparation is done according to the Company recipes and USPH\ Internal Health standards.

- always maintaining the cleanliness of all food preparation areas.

Job description

We are looking for a Korean 2nd COOK to join Costa Cruise vessels:

Requirements:

- Korean Nationality

- Must have finished a professional Hotel School with Certificate or at least 2 years experience in a Hotel or Cruise ship Environment

- At least 2 years in A Hotel or Cruise ship Environment

- Solid progression trough all the Korean Culinary Ranks

- Solid knowledge of current food trends

- Creative , hands on attitude

- Pleasant, clean and calm appearance.

- Good knowledge of English.

Main Duties:

- following the 1st Korean Cook weekly time schedule of the Galley designating special duties,

cleaning duties and time off.

- ensuring that food quality and portion controls are always in line with the Company

specifications.

- making sure that personal appearance, uniform and personal hygiene are in accordance

with the Company’s regulations.

- ensuring that food preparation is done according to the Company recipes and USPH\ Internal Health standards.

- spot checking all food outlets.

- always maintaining the cleanliness of all food preparation areas

Job description

We are looking for a Japanese Chef de Cuisine to join Costa Cruise Vessels:

Requirements:

-Japanese nationality

-Must have finished a professional Hotel School with Certificate or at least 10 years experience in a large Hotel or Cruise ship Environment.

-At least 10 years in a large Hotel or Cruise ship Environment

-Solid progression trough all the Culinary Ranks

-Solid knowledge of current Japanese and International food trends

-Experience making presentations in front of groups

-Pleasant, clean and calm appearance.

-Computer Skills, MS Word , e-mail and Excel

-Good knowledge of English

Main duties:

- preparing the weekly schedule for the Japanese Galley Staff, designating special duties, cleaning duties and time off

- ensuring that Japanese food quality and portion controls are always in line with the Companies

specifications

- visiting the various food preparation areas and doing food tasting to ensure

quality and standards are up to company standards.

- ensuring that food preparation is done according to the company recipes and U.S.P.H.\ Internal Health standards 24/7

- setting up and maintaining a training program for all Asian Galley Staff with emphasis on their specific job and USPH rules and regulations

- keeping a direct communication with the Provision Master \ Executive Chef in order to manage the weekly inventory; making a list of non moving and fast moving items and taking necessary measures

- preparing the food order for the next loading at the end of each cruise in conjunction with the Provision Master and the Executive Chef

- visiting the various food preparation areas and doing food tasting to ensure

quality and standards are up to company standards.

- taking care to meet the Sous-Chefs and First Cooks to forecast food production and

discuss the daily schedule

- ensuring that food preparation is done according to the company recipes and U.S.P.H.\ Internal Health standards 24/7

- setting up and maintaining a training program for all Asian Galley Staff with emphasis on their specific job and USPH rules and regulations

- keeping a direct communication with the Provision Master \ Executive Chef in order to manage the weekly inventory; making a list of non moving and fast moving items and taking necessary measures

- preparing the food order for the next loading at the end of each cruise in conjunction with the Provision Master and the Executive Chef

Job description

We are looking for a SINGAPOREAN 1ST COOK to join Costa Cruise vessels:

Requirements:

- Singaporean nationality

- Must have finished a professional hotel school with certificate or at least 3 years experience in a hotel or cruise ship environment.

- At least 4-5 years in a hotel or cruise ship environment

- Solid progression trough all the Singaporean Culinary Ranks

- Solid knowledge of current food trends.

- Computer Literate, Ms Word, Excel and e-mail.

- Pleasant, clean and calm appearance.

- Good knowledge of English.

Main Duties:

- making the food requisition for the station

- ensuring that food quality and portion controls are always in line with the Company

specifications

- making sure that personal appearance, uniform and personal hygiene are in accordance

with the Company’s regulations

- taking care to meet daily the 2nd cook and 3rd Cooks in order to give them food knowledge and sanitation rules.

- ensures that food preparation is done according to the company recipes and U.S.P.H.\ Internal Health

standards

- taking care to communicate with the Provision Master in case of some missing items and reporting also to Chef de Cuisine and Chinese Sous Chef

- assuring a spot check of all food outlets

- always maintaining the cleanliness of all food preparation areas, conducting simulated USPH

type inspections and pre port arrival inspections

- enforcing clean as you go work habits

- maintaining food quality up to company standards and expectations

- controlling food waste on a daily basis

- following company recipes

Job description

We are looking for a Japanese 1ST COOK to join Costa Cruise vessels:

Requirements:

- Japanese nationality

- Must have finished a professional hotel school with certificate or at least 3 years experience in a hotel or cruise ship environment.

- At least 4-5 years in a hotel or cruise ship environment

- Solid progression trough all the Singaporean Culinary Ranks

- Solid knowledge of current food trends.

- Computer Literate, Ms Word, Excel and e-mail.

- Pleasant, clean and calm appearance.

- Good knowledge of English.

Main Duties:

- making the food requisition for the station

- ensuring that food quality and portion controls are always in line with the Company specifications

- making sure that personal appearance, uniform and personal hygiene are in accordance with the Company’s regulations

- taking care to meet daily the 2nd cook and 3rd Cooks in order to give them food knowledge and sanitation rules.

- ensures that food preparation is done according to the company recipes and U.S.P.H.\ Internal Health standards

- taking care to communicate with the Provision Master in case of some missing items and reporting also to Chef de Cuisine and Japanese Sous Chef

- assuring a spot check of all food outlets

- always maintaining the cleanliness of all food preparation areas

- enforcing clean as you go work habits

- maintaining food quality up to company standards and expectations

- controlling food waste on a daily basis

- following company recipes

Job description

We are looking for a Korean 1ST COOK to join Costa Cruise vessels:

Requirements:

- Korean nationality

- Must have finished a professional hotel school with certificate or at least 3 years experience in a hotel or cruise ship environment.

- At least 4-5 years in a hotel or cruise ship environment

- Solid progression trough all the Korean Culinary Ranks

- Solid knowledge of current food trends.

- Computer Literate, Ms Word, Excel and e-mail.

- Pleasant, clean and calm appearance.

- Good knowledge of English.

Main Duties:

- making the food requisition for the station

- ensuring that food quality and portion controls are always in line with the Company specifications with the Company’s regulations

- taking care to meet daily the 2nd cook and 3rd Cooks in order to give them food knowledge and sanitation rules.

- taking care to communicate with the Provision Master in case of some missing items and reporting also to Chef de Cuisine and Korean Sous Chef

- assuring a spot check of all food outlets

- always maintaining the cleanliness of all food preparation areas
