Contemporary Japanese Restaurant Zuma is currently recruiting pastry chefs to fulfill an 18 month chef work experience program in Miami, USA.

Candidates will ideally have previous experience working in a pastry kitchen environment. We are looking for candidates to have the passion to prepare desserts of the highest quality and have a desire to acquire new skills. Training will be provided together with visa assistance and competitive salaries.

Assistance with J1 Visa application will be offered to all successful applicants – conditions do apply.
